Unlike ast::BinOp, it has significantly more structure to it, so it's
easier to, say, handle all assignment-like operations in the same way.

This wasn't a right decision in the first place, the feature flag was
broken in the last rustfmt release, and syntax highlighting of imports
is more important anyway

It was just getting too big. We now have:
- ty: the `Ty` enum and helpers
- ty::infer: actual type inference
- ty::lower: lowering from HIR to `Ty`
- ty::op: helpers for binary operations, currently
