* Adding scope mapping configuration manifest in `package.json`
* Loading configurable scope mappings from settings.
* Updating Readme with `rust-analyzer.scopeMappings`.
`rust-analyzer.scopeMappings` -- a scheme backed JSON object to tweak Rust Analyzer scopes to TextMate scopes.
